Preheat cooking oil to 185 °C. Gently lower the frozen schnitzels into the hot oil and cook for approx. 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Preheat oven to 200 °C./ Fan 180 °C. Place frozen schnitzels on a baking tray and cook in the center of the oven for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently.
